SMT/Transport plates:

Our SMT Fixtures designs are aimed at simple design and quick turnaround. Our team has a vast experience of SMT fixtures with custom requirement such as incorporate cavity to hold connector during reflow and sky bar design to keep connector in place during reflow. We also design pallets for Flex rigid assemblies where maintaining coplanarity while solder paste printing is essential.

Press fit Fixtures:

We design basic style and block style interlocking fixtures based on the height of the component. Tall components would have more depth clearance and our block style fixtures are a perfect solution for this case, saving costs compared to a fixture machined from a thick block of aluminum. We also design support mounts for the Pem nut press and crimp press. We also design a universal snap mount for cages in the same location on both sides of the PCB (for belly-to-belly connectors) with a removable support block to keep costs down.
