SMT Stencils

We have extensive experience in SMT stencils design and have made thousands of stencils so far. We have experience in Gerber 274, 274x, ODB ++ and IPC-2581 data formats handling, we are also able to generate Gerber files from datasheets. We create a library for specific clients and this will ensure consistency in the design process. Based on customer feedback, we are continuously monitoring and updating our libraries. This will ensure better efficiency in the welding process.

Our design team goes the extra mile to help our customers, if there is a new component in development, we check the opening design recommended by component manufacturers and will make sure this has been factored into the design process.

By default, we verify the accuracy of Gerber data and notify our customers when the bonding layer is missing components or the bonding layer is lower or higher than the copper layer. If there is any THP on the paste layer, we will consider the paste pinning process and report it to customers.

All stencil designs are inspected by top level senior designers, which will ensure an error free design at all times.
